Music plays lightly,while rumblings are heard in the background, as the lights cut like lasers through the darkness. As the camera begins to focus, a subway train is in clear view, two men dressed in security outfits are shown.

Scenes shift to a jeweler, packing up his brief case, & closing down the store for the night. He walks from behind the counter meeting the night shift security officer, at the door. They talk, & the Jeweler leaves, as the officer shuts the door locking it behind the man. The Jeweler puts his hat on and walks out into the snowy night. The Officer looks at his watch, then looks around the room, and starts to to walk away.

 

Two duffel bags are in the floor next to the men in security outfits feet, on the subway train. The man on the right takes off his hat, and nods his head looking forward. A man makes his way through the crowd, with a guitar case in hand. He positions himself in front the subway doors, setting the guitar case on the ground. He opens it and pulls his guitar from the case. Then begins to speak.

 

“Taking requests ladies and gentlemen, is there anything you want hear??? Anyone?? Ok speak now or forever hold your piece.....”

(One of the officers speaks up.)

 

“Do you know before you accuse me?”

“Yes, Sir, I believe I can pick it out.”

The man begins to play as the train continues to its destination. The officer is shown back at the Jewelry store, changing the security tape. He looks into the camera sees a shadow outside one of the doors, he reaches for his gun. Goes to take a look, walking fast out of the security room. He gets to the door and peeks over his shoulder through the glass. He knows the man and puts away his gun. The officer tells him to wait, as he walks to the security key pad punching in the disablement code. The Alarm is turned off for the moment, he walks back to the door opening it for the man. He steps in from the dark wearing sunglasses, and a strange hat, toting a sledge hammer in hand, and a duffel bag over his shoulder. He sets his bag and hammer down, as the officer locks the door behind him.

The subway train is coming to a stop, the guitarist is packing up, while people throw in the last bit of change from their pockets into the open guitar case. The two Officers stand, one smirking, with the bags on their shoulders, one hands the guy some cash as he stands, the guitarist thanks everyone. Standing the two men move closer to the doors as the train nears its stop, the train reaches its destination and the doors open up. The two men are then swallowed by the crowd, as they walk towards the escalator.

Back at the Jewelry Store the officer is messing with the alarm system. The man with the hat has his back unzipped pulling out plastic coverings, he places it over his Body and face. He then pulls out a cd player from the bag, he takes out a cd, turn the volume all the way up and speaks to the officer.

“Do you have that alarm off, for good this time???”

The Officer is sorting through wires, making a clip then turns his head and yells, back at the man.

 

“Got it!”

Man: “Good!”

The man flips the on switch blasting rock music that echos in the large store. He picks up his hammer and bag, and walk over to one very large counter. Drops the bag, and swings the hammer smashing out the glass on the sides. Then reaches for his bag, sweeping the jewels into the unzipped opening, when he does this the other man comes from behind, placing something inside the now open case. The man in the officer out fit stops reaching into his pocket and pulls out his cell phone, reading a message. He stops tapping the other man on the shoulder, the other man shakes his head and switch sides knocking the glass out of the counter on the opposite side. The officer leaves his side, pulling one of the filled bags, to the door. He looks up there is a knock at the door, its the two men from the subway train, he reaches over to the cd player, turning down the music. He looks outside startled, then yells out something at the man with the plastic on.

“Hey the van isn't out front, where did you park it?”

Man: “Its parked beside the doors on the left side of the building, that are positioned closes to the alley way.... Hey get me another bag, and get them started on that safe,we need to get all we can then get out of here... FAST!'

The night officer throws the other man in the hat a bag, then shows the other two men where the safe is, one of them drops to his knees as soon as he sees it, unzips his bag pulling out ex plosives, the night officer away lugging the heavy bag. The other man stands by the safe being thrown explosives from his kneeling partner. He begins to set the explosives, in the center of the safe door.

Doors to the left of the building are shown swinging open, the night officer walks out, the van is parked in front of the two doors. He walks down the stairs with the bag, he opens the sliding van door, throws the bag inside, then when he turns is met by the man in plastic. Who is holding two bags of his own, they throw them inside. The night officer goes inside the van and throws the man three empty bags, and a explosion is heard. They take off running back inside, to the safe, throwing the other two men bags. Then begin to clean out the safe. The man with the glasses leaves the safe room, checking behind the counters, for back stock. He looks at his watch, goes over to the cd player, unplugs it. The others are toting the bags out. He tells them to leave the safe open. He reaches in his pocket and pulls timers from his pockets, then walks over to the entrance to the safe, setting the timers from one side to the other, and running a thin line of thread straight across. He then goes back to the counter placing a note, attached to some type of trinket inside the case. As he set the timers the night officer comes back in.

Man: Ok, everything is ready, im gonna shut the doors, you grab the alarm.

The night officer walks over to the alarm, and begins to arm it. The man tells the men to pull the van around. The officer tell s him its armed, the man says good, grabs the officer from behind wrapping a rope around his throat choking him until he breathes his last breath.

Man: Well.... There has to be a guard... Sorry friend, you are truly a hard worker. Couldn't had done it with out you.

He drops the Body to the ground, then looks at his watch.

Man: Lets see how long this takes.

Picking up his hammer and bag he kicks open the door. The Alarm sounds! He walks outside throwing the bag and hammer to the guys in the van, then walks back inside. Setting a couple more timers on the walls. To his surprise he hears something, he looks up and sees something in the shadows of the rafters. He turns to run as the shadow disappears. While standing at the door he takes a look around. Surprisingly, he turns to his left and Batman appears from the shadows. Throwing a punch, the man grabs Batman and they tumble threw the door, falling to the street. Another m an runs from the van jumping in the brawl, as they try t out man the hero.

 

 

While the fight progresses the two men get the upper hand, the van takes off and races forward the two men then throw Batman into the on coming vehicle. He bounces off the front and on to the hard ground. Then both men make run for it jumping inside the van, as it takes off into the night, Batman is bleeding from the mouth. He stumbles to his feet as sirens are heard ringing throughout the city. Batman sees they are out of reach, walks back up the stairs and into the Jewelry Store, breathing really hard. He stops inside the door, as the camera circles him. He looks startled, because it looks as if his Bat stars have been scattered everywhere. He turns around as two Police cars have arrived. A detective gets out barley seeing Batman from the outside, and demands he stop in place. However Batman looks back, and when the officers get inside. He is gone, but to their surprise, all the evidence points to him. Detective Ramirez, proceeds back out side, ordering the other officer to search for evidence. Ramirez goes to the car making the call for backup and demanding Lieutenant Gordon, come as soon as possible. The Other officer walks out side with a the note and trinket in hand. Then hands it to Ramirez. Ramirez then begins to read.

Ramirez: What is the circumference of a axis turning time to eyes with nothing inside?

Officers begin arriving at the crime scene, Ramirez begins turning the trinket, Gordon gets out of one of the cars approaching Ramirez.

Gordon: Hows it going Detective?

Ramirez: Fine thank you Lieutenant, when we arrived we saw the Batman inside the store, we tried to catch him but when we entered the store he had vanished then we found this trinket and note. The stores been cleaned out completely, and we have one death. There were mark found on the Night officers throat.

At this time one of the officers is shown walking through the safe rooms door. Unknowingly he trips the hidden wire, the timers red numbers are shown, 5....4....3.....2.....1..... Gordon and Ramirez are shown walking away from the police car as other officers have entered. When a explosion goes off, Gordon and Ramirez are then thrown back onto the hard pavement. Ash and rubble crashing onto the police cars, falling onto everyone.

Batman is shown riding on the Batpod passing by a camera positioned on the ground. He drives by, then is shown trailing of cutting through a hidden path in the woods. He takes the path where he comes to a hidden opening. He enters, upon his arrival, he becomes shaky on the bike, turns it over, and tumbles straight to the ground. He gets up slowly taking off his mask, he finds the nearest chair and takes a seat. Then presses a button on his computer desk alerting Alfred.

Bruce: Alfred Im back I need help, im hurt really really bad this time.

Alfred: Alright, hold still let me see how bad this is.

Bruce: My mouth is bleeding, and I think, I have either bruised or broke ribs. Bring Ice and extra bandages. Hurry, please.

At the crime scene Gordon is shown along with Ramirez climbing to their feet. Gordon turns talking to Ramirez.

Gordon: This is awful, Ramirez we just lost a lot of men, I need a headcount, we have to get word to the families& get me the name of that security guard. We have to get this fire out, set up the road blocks.

Ramirez: Sir the fire department is on there way.

Gordon: Good. We have the new DA arriving in the morning, I have to call the Mayor to see what he wants to do about this.

One of the officers interrupts the conversation.

Officer: Sir sorry, but we have men down out here. They have been trapped in the rubble.

The lawmen look at each other, scenes change Alfred is shown breaking the bandage tape for Bruces ribs. Bruce is holding his head in his hands emotionally dis trout of the currant coarse of events. He begins to talk to Alfred.

Bruce: Either im losing my mind or a step, I was set up I know the police will think its me.

Alfred: You have choice no one is asking you to dress up and play hero. I would really think twice About that if I was you for that matter. Your lucky you weren't killed this time.

Bruce: Well until lately, things haven't been to bad. You know this all is a mystery, Alfred, im thinking of her to. Its the hardest thing Ive ever had to do really.

Alfred: Likewise, I think its been hard on all of us since Ms.Dawes departure. Maybe that's why you should consider taking I t easy for a while.

Bruce: I don't know really.....I'm gonna go back tomorrow night, try to skim around search for clues. Really right now I just need some rest, and to think About all of this.

Alfred pauses like his holding back something. He shakes it off, then helps Bruce to his feet.

Bruce: Something on your mind Alfred???

Alfred: No its nothing, lets get you upstairs.

 

Helping Bruce they are shown walking together. A sunrise then is shown as the sunsets, people are shown walking the streets of the city going to work, shopping, coming in and out of various places. Gordon is seen walking through the police department, with a lovely lady by his side, they are walking and talking. He walks up to a couple of Detectives, one being Ramirez they are discussing the previous night events.

Gordon: Good morning Detectives this is Ms.Quinn, shes the new District Attorney.

Ramirez: We lost nine men last night Sir. I have notified the families, and we have men going through the rubble right now as we speak. We dd find some evidence however.

He hands Gordon a bag full of what appears to be some type of battle stars.

Gordon: hmmmm..... So if hes behind this then why would he use so many? I mean obviously you saw him there, but it just doesn't make since.

Ramirez: I know....we cant find any prints, however we are a hundred percent certain he entered through the roof. But he had to of had help. Because theres no way he toted all Jewels out through the roof top.

Gordon looks at his watch, then at Ramirez.

Gordon: We have to be going, we will disc....

At that time he is interrupted by a angry young man being brought in by two officers.

Ramirez: I've got this. Ill see what they brought him in for this time.

Gordon: Thanks Detectives, tell him I will be meeting with him later, see If that calms him down. Ms. Quinn we better be going.

Ms. Quinn: Who's the Kid?

Gordon: His names Jervis Tetch, hes an alright kid, but has family problems....

They are walking together, Ramirez then approaches Tetch, and the two officers.

Ramirez: So why do we have to keep seeing you?

Tetch looks at Ramirez and spits on his shoe, t h en tries to break away from the officer grasp.

Gordon: Come on your a good kid your better than this.

Tetch: Yeah your right... I am better than you that's why you pigs want leave me ALONE!

Ramirez: Whatever kid, Gordon said he wants to speak with you, take him to holding. Maybe he'll cool off there.

The Officers Take Tetch by the arms, and escort him away......

Mayor Garcia is shown sitting in the meeting office. Next to the city counsel, judges, lawyers, ect. The door opens, everyone stands and in walks, Gordon, and Quinn. They walk in shaking the Mayors hand, then taking a seat at the meeting table. They sit directly in front of the Mayor, and begin their meeting.

Mayor: Good morning Gordon, Ms. Quinn, I presume nice to have you on Board as our new District Attorney.

Ms. Quinn: Thank you sir. Im glad to be here.

Gordon: Thank you. Tony...This isnt good, we lost nine men last night.

Mayor: No its not.... We are in a financial crisis, the city also took a big blow. Economically and personally we are devastated. Have your Bruceys found any evidence that could point us in the right direction, as to arresting the responsible parties?

Gordon: Well...Yes we found evidence in which we believe its the Batman, but still many questions surround this, presumption.

Mayor: I see, I want everyone on high alert, Alex I want extra security at all banks, jewelry stores, and most of all Arkham..... I don't know if Jokers behind this, but Im not taking any chances.

Gordon: Judging by the similarities, the work looks close to the previous attacks on the city which took place a few years ago.

Ms. Quinn: Who are we talking About?

Mayor: A homicidal maniac called the Joker....

Gordon:I think we should try question him.

Mayor: Have you lost your mind, Alex he want talk, he hasn't talked, and even if he did know anything he wouldn't tell us. Besides who could we even send in to attempt to question that psycho?

 

Gordon: Well actually, Ms. Quinn has a duel Major, one in Criminal Justice, the other in pshycolidgy

 

 

Mayor: hmmmm.......This is a two way conversation...... Ms. Quinn do you have any objections to this, would you be willing to assist us, I want you aware this is a very dangerous man.... But the Lieutenant raises a very interesting argument, perhaps a lady may have more intellect in getting this man to talk. What are your thoughts Ms. Quinn?

Ms.Quinn: Well I am more than qualified..... I need to see this mans file, to see what im dealing with. But if a say no would this have any reflect on whether or not I keep my job?

Gordon: Not at all... We are just throwing around Ideas really.... The city has been pretty clean since his attacks, but I have to admit this latest caught us off guard..... Its completely your decision Ms.Quinn.

Ms.Quinn is handed a file from Mr.Gordon.... She begins to read the information. The Mayor and Garcia resume the conversation.

Mayor: Ms. Quinn you take your time in reviewing his file...

Gordon: Yes....please..don

Ms. Quinn: He actually goes outside like this...... Calls himself Joker....... Why didnt this man get the death penalty????

Gordon: We tried.... But the government felt he could be used more as a weapon than a threat...

Mayor: Which they were wrong..... He has talked usually heckling us and laughing.... Or he chooses not to say anything.... Really hasn't hurt anyone surprisingly.... I can assure you, if you choose to do this, you will be most heavily guarded.

Ms.Quinn: Ok... Ill do it..... But the slightest sign...

Gordon: The slightest sign, and we are out of there

 

 

Ms.Quinn: We?

Gordon: Ill be going in with you, we will be guarded by plexiglass, he will be positioned on the other side, kind of like the source of communications used in prisons, when families come to consult with their loved ones.

Ms.Quinn: I see... When will this be taking place? Because I need to time to review and prepare.

Mayor: Tomorrow mid afternoon. Do you think that gives yo enough time to prepare?

Ms.Quinn: Well.... It should....

Gordon: I do apologize for the inconvenience, but we need to try and get information as quickly as possible, before anymore lives are taken. Are you sure this will be ok?

Ms.Quinn: Yes. Ill let you know if I have any objections.

Mayor: Great! Ok Gordon.... I need you to show her around the city, and get down to the jewelry store. ASAP!

Gordon: Alex... One thing I have to before that if its ok..... They brought Tetch in again.

Mayor: Again? I feel bad for that Kid.....

Gordon: Me too, but I have a solution. Should really fix this kid. At least I hope. Ive got him a job at our largest food distributor.

Mayor: Ah... well with the new ownership this should be a great fit for everyone! Hurry Gordon! Great to have you Board Ms.Quinn!

They all get up and adjourn their meeting. Thanking each other, and shaking hands. As scenes shift back to the newly rebuilt Wayne Manor. Bruce is shown practicing his jujitsu in his courtyard. Shirtless bandaged.

 

Alfred walks outside onto the patio, watching him, as Bruce bends in pain trying not to break Meditation, for each movement. Struggling to do so he favors his side in pain. Alfred approaches max, with some warm therapeutic herbal tea, sitting on a tray. He sets the tray down, handing Bruce his glass, Wayne takes the glass, taking a drink as he takes a seat in his hammock. Alfred is standing inspecting his bandages, beginning to loosen them and taking a look underneath.

Alfred: Your ribs may very well be cracked if not broken.

Bruce: The rest, helped but still im having trouble, turning full force.

Alfred: The tea should help, with more rest. Im worried About you. I don't think your Body can take much more.

Bruce: Well....That could be but..... We have nothing else to go on......

Alfred: Just be careful because your not a hundred percent....

Bruce: DAMMETT! that'snot a option!

Alfred is startled by Bruce's abrupt reaction.

Alfred: A little testy..... Maybe you should go out tonight..... Relax...... Ya know get your mind off of all this corruption.

Bruce: Yeah.... I will...... Im going back to the scene. Ive got to find out what was discussed today.

Alfred: Your a moving target now......... You know they will be looking for you.....

Bruce: Well.... That's a chance im going to take.

 

Gordon is shown entering the holding cell area. Jervis Tetch is shown laying on the cell bench staring at the ceiling. Gordon has a file in hand as he enters to talk to the young man.

Gordon: Kid your better than this.....

Jervis: I know....That's why im here.

Gordon: Don't get smart.... We are trying to help you. You know what I mean.

Jervis: Do I Chief???

Gordon: Yeah... so why do you mess with people....why were you messing with peoples belongings?

Jervis: It was just food..... I was hungry..... I cant help it everyone wears their feelings so high. Besides I didnt mess with anything, that wasn't messing with me!

Gordon: So that would mean the officers who arrested you, and the lady??

Jervis: Exactly.....

Gordon: You ran.....

Jervis: They wouldn't listen....... You never do.....

Gordon: Yeah we do. Look Kid I have somewhere to be, see this file.

Jervis: Yeah.

Gordon: There's a man at this address be there, early tomorrow give or take about thirty minutes. There is a man named Lance. He will give you a job. But you have to show him your capable.

 

Jervis: Exactly.....

Gordon: You ran.....

Jervis: They wouldn't listen....... You never do.....

Gordon: Yeah we do. Look Kid I have somewhere to be, see this file.

Jervis: Yeah.

Gordon: There's a man at this address be there, early tomorrow give or take about thirty minutes. There is a man named Lance. He will give you a job. But you have to show him your capable.

Jervis: So what about the charges???

Gordon: Look you work with us. We work with you. Just don't let me down. Im trusting you. Just be there about around four. He'll meet with you about five. Ive got to be going Tetch.

Gordon gets up leaving Tetch sitting, and he walks from the cell. Scenes change men are shown working by a airport terminal. They seem to be loading crates, to men are shown meeting close to the side.

Man 1: They are meeting with Joker.

Man 2: When?

Man 1: Tomorrow evening.

Man 2: Does the Boss know???

Man 1: Yeah but hes been occupied....Word is we arnt moving in.....

Man 2: hmmmmm.....

Man 1: Yeah, I know..... Hows everything going here?

Man 2: Great! We are almost finished, and ready to move everything.

Man 1: Good!

The first man pulls something from his pocket, and hands it to the other guy.

Man 1: Make sure you go here when finished, you will get a phone call. Read the directions exactly as follows.

Man 2: Ok ???? Ke....

The second man was reading the note as he looks up the camera shows the first guy walking away. His wearing a black over coat. The other man gets back to work. Quinn and Gordon are seen staking out the remains of the jewelry store. As evening has dawned, and the night has begun. Ramirez approaches Gordon in the empty jewelry store.

Ramirez: Chief if you look at the safe we found these stars, as evidence. We don't know if he had help or really why or how he chose to use them on his entry to the safe. But the were also found in the cabinets.

Gordon: What about the cameras, did you check the tape?

Ramirez: Well surprisingly it still works..... But we think it was replaced, because we are showing nothing. Whats really Bothering us is tracks were found in the snow, entering and leaving.

Gordon: Doesn't make sense..... Im going to go up to the roof... I want to have a look for myself!

Ms.Quinn: Is it safe???

Gordon: No you stay here, see if you and Ramirez can find more evidence..... I just want to see for myself.

Gordon walks away, Ramirez points him in the direction of the stairs. He finds the door, forces it open and starts walking up the stairs. As he finds his way in the Dark. Watching his step, he takes out a small flashlight, he reaches the top of the stairs, and forces open the door leading to the outside of the roof top. He steps out on to the roof inspecting the foot prints, he kneels, looks up and is startled falling back, as he's met by Batman. He makes a movement like he's reaching for his gun, then he decides not to. Batman extends his hand, helping the Chief to his feet.

Gordon: You have a lot of nerve, showing back up here..... Everything points to you, so was this your work?

Batman: No..... I was setup.

Gordon: How do you explain all the evidence, if it wasn't you?

Batman: When I arrived its like the ring leader was waiting on me.... We fought into the street and I was hit by a on coming car!

Gordon: I need a description.

Batman: He was about five ten or six feet thin.....wore glasses...he had some type of plastic covering long hair....Very brightly brown.

Gordon: hmmmmm...... Doesn't familiar..... Nonetheless ill have the guys in the crime lab draw up something.... Right now your just a suspect, that'swhy Im not strapping the cuffs on you. We found some of your weaponry, but if you did do this....

Batman: I didnt!

Gordon:That's exactly what you would say. I wish I could believe you, but im afraid I need more to go on .

Batman: Ill get you more to go on.

Gordon: No you'll watch yourself if your smart.... Right now we are considering all options.

Batman: Joker?

Gordon: Like I said we are conside.....

Batman: If your smart you'll leave him where he resides!

Gordon: Oh no worries he's not getting out...... But we have scheduled to consult with him, to see if he knows anything.

Batman: That's crazy, He's not going to talk to anyone.

Gordon: Well its either that or I take you in right now!

Gordon Turns his head as he hears someone coming up the stairs, as the door opens, he turns back around, and Batman is gone! Quinn and Ramirez are shown walk threw the door. Gordon then begins to consult with them.

Gordon: I thought I said stay where you were?

Ramirez: Well you have been gone for awhile so we thought, we better come up here and take a look. To make sure your ok.

Ms.Quinn: Chief we did find broken glass on the inside by the door... Which is funny, because if it would had been in the explosion, why would it be on the inside?

Gordon: Valid point.... I want to see this.

They all take their walk, scenes change a man is shown getting ready for work, as hes watching the Gotham City News.

News: Edward Nigma has now Bought out, his second food factory in Gotham.

The man shakes his head as he pulls his white top over his head. He's then startled by a knock at the door. He leaves the room, and goes to answer, when he does he's met by a man who flashes his badge. A conversation then begins between the two men.

Officer: Hi, Mr. Scales????

Scales: Sir I really apologize, but today is my first day at work, and I don't want to be late.

Officer: I apologize, Mr. Scales but this cant wait! Do you recognize this girl?

He shows scales a picture.

Scales: That's my wife.... Is sh......

Officer: Yeah this is very urgent may I come in?

Scales: Yes...please do!

Scales let the officer in, closing the door behind them. Jervis Tetch is then shown looking at his watch outside of Gotham Foods, hes holding his file, and begins to take a walk inside the factory. He stops to sign in and is met by Josh Lance the head manager at the factory. Justin interrupts him as he signs in.

Justin: Hello Mr. Tetch its a pleasure, to finally meet you!

Tetch: It is?

Justin: Yes follow me ill show you around...... The chief says you are more than qualified for many of our positions.

Tetch: I guess....... I just want my Alice.

Justin: Alice?

Tetch: Yeah.....shes my girl, shes away at the moment..... So I do things to bind my time.

They are walk through the factory, Lance listens uncomfortably.

Justin: What kind of things?

Tetch: You know just things to ease my mind..... I do appreciate this Mr. Lance. Im a very hard worker. You'll see....

Justin: heh..... Ok kid..... Well we are giving you a shot, so I hope that'strue.

Josh shows him around..... While they talk scenes change to later that day cars are shown driving over the highway, scenic shots of the city are in view. The cars are shown driving and pulling up at the mental hospital. They drive through the main entrance, down a paved road, and see the chapel to the right. Driving down the hill they arrive at the main office. Doors are shown slamming, Ramirez exits the police car carrying, Gordon and Quinn. Gordon exits they come around are met by ton of security as Gordon helps Quinn out of the car. They are shown taking a walk up stairs an d being met by Bill the head of Arkham Asylum.

Gordon: Hey Bill this is Ms. Quinn she will be conducting our interview today, hows his mood.

Bill: Oh as chipper a s usual.....Great to meet you Ms.Quinn!

Ms.Quinn: You too, so just ca....

Bill: Yes Bill is fine, if you both will follow me ill take you to where you need to be.

They enter inside the hospital, stopping at the main door. Bill presses the intercom button , and gets everyone buzzed in. The walk down the hall side by side, Ms. Quinn is flipping through the Jokers file.

Ms.Quinn: So..... what I gather, is this man has only a homicidal background. No record of previous family, but a alias?

Gordon: Well actually we believe he did have a former alias.... with think his name may had been, Nikki Maxwell, but really names are names..... Hes really just a demon to society.

Ms.Quinn fumbles through the file, dropping it carelessly, catching some papers before they hit the floor. Gordon bends down to help her as Bill stops, a officer is shown on the rooftop. He turns around and is met by Batman, who sprays a mist in the officers face. He grabs the officer putting him in a headlock until he passes out. Batman walks over to the window where he can look into the heart of the old building. To see whats unfolding, he sees Bill and Gordon helping Quinn to her feet, and beginning to walk away. They are shown up close stopping at their desired destination. Bill grabs the keys and begins to unlatch the locks, they enter inside. Batman sees them enter from the roof, at that time he is grazed by a gun shot, which catches him in his left arms. Another officer is seen climbing the building side ladder demanding he halt. Batman walks to the nearest edge, and takes a leap and disappears into the night. The officer drifts closer to the edge looking down, and not find a trace of the hero. Batman is shown hiding favoring his left arm, as blood is oozing from the wound. The seen drifts back to Gordon and Quinn taking their seat in front of the plexiglass. She comments on the supposed shot, she believed to had heard. Gordon instructs Bill to call in the Joker then find out whats going on. At that time the door from behind the plexiglass swings open, one man in white enters first with one arm braced around the deranged being in the straight jacket, then another man enters from the dark holding his other arm.

Joker is squirming unwillingly, the two men force him into the empty chair. He faces Gordon, and Ms.Quinn covers her mouth. Starring at the deranged mans mangled face. For you see, he's has scares around his eyes, they appear bloodshot,with dark circles underneath, as if hes possessed, Joker smirks at her.

Joker: Thanks Chief, I didnt know you cared about my needs as a man! Your such a caring man!

Gordon:I care very much, I would say spare us the sarcasm, but that's like talking, to the wall!

Joker: I hope you treat your wife or girlfriend better! Hello gorgeous! How do you like to make love? A little ruff, powerful???? Does that fulfill your security?

He starts seeing lights flicker and turn off, as the power shuts up the Mayor is Walking briskly, into the parking area positioned by the office. He walk's up to his car then hears foot steps, he turns frightened. Two men enter from the Darkness, knocking open the door, Garcia is startled, then a man with a nice top hat, and a cane enters. Standing in the middle between the two men.

Man:Up with your hands and out with your papers!

The man takes his cane. Walk's over to Garcia and smakes him across the face with the tip, as his documents fall to the ground. A man bends down inspecting the papers.

Man:This is our case.....

Garcia:What the Hell, you'll be prosecuted, Who are you assholes??

Man: The silence is broken by a whisper, as essence is of the thought, my name is a question, the answer you will toss! (Man reaches into the Mayors pocket. pulling out his keys.) Mind if we take your car, we may need some security clearances, and I suggest you do what I wish. Or I'l kill your wife! Still wanna Know my name?

Riddler, and the men take the Mayor hostage, and all enter the car.

Scene's change back to Quinn.

The Airport is then shown again, the camera moves inside one the hangers, where cargos being taken off of a plane, and set in one of the transport vehicles. The camera follows one of the other Vehicles which has already left, as it moves towards one of the hangers. Men are shown organizing the cargo, and searching inside. Two men are inspecting. One man speak's.

Man: You make this clear! Have them take it to the designated place. If anything counted is not there, I want names on whos, working, and they will contend with me. Go that?

The other man nodes his head. Bill is shown, at Gothams Arkham showing around a new employee named Terrance(Chris Bakers who replaced the picture on the badge.)Bill is interrupted by another worker named Ted.

Ted:Sir.... Chief Gordon just called, he said it's urgent, and they need to speak with Joker....

Ordering they walk in to the room through the front. Out of Panic Bill listens, and all three men proceed through the front door. Bill sneakingly turns the locks, and they enter. Terrance orders Bill to buzz Todd, and see if Gordon has arrived. He does, Todd Tell's them, a car seems to be pulling up outside. Terrance pulls some rope out of his pocket, walks over to Bill, then walks him over to a empty chair. He forces Bill to take a seat, and ties his hands behind the chair. He places the gun in his pocket, walks over to Joker and proceeds to un cuff Joker. When finished, Joker throws the cuffs down on the floor, and wearing nothing but his gown, and hospital shoes. Joker turns and gives Terrance a hug, then reaches into Terrance's pocket really quick, Terrance shakes to the side, Joker pulls out the gun. Cocks it, smirks the shoots Terrance directly in the chest. Quinn and Gordon are shown being buzzed in to the ark ham hall. Quinn and Gordon are shown walking down the Hall with Todd. Joker bends down picking up cuffs then grabs the chair and Drags Bill and the Chair to where they are positioned directly to the left of the door, out of seeing eye view. Ted, Quinn, and Gordon stop walking, and Ted unlocks the door. Gordon and Love horn enter, and Ted shuts the door. Joker then speaks up from the corner.

Joker:Why Ms. what was your name?? I didn't catch it??? Oh well you Both look ever lovely today, and you smell lovely too, Isn't that right Bill??

She stops, Joker, takes the cuffs of dead Bills wrists, he throws it to her, as he scoots the chair over to the plexi glass. He demands they Both walk over. Joker demands Gordon sit. Then he orders Quinn to tie his wrists. While doing so he walks over to Sams, dead Body and begins to undress the dead man, he looks up the speaks.

Joker: Cuffed???

Quinn: Well...yeah!

Joker stands up walk's over to them, jabs the gun in her side, and demands she show him. So she tighten them as he pokes her, Gordon is bloodied. Joker walks over to the half naked man and puts on his clothes. He then proceeds to demand Quinn take the keys out of Gordons pocket. She does. He then hits the buzzer and asks Ted, kindly to come let them out. Ted grabs the keys then takes his walk. Joker forcefully grabs Quinn, then whispers in her ear......While smelling her....

Joker: Oh you smell so good! I knew we had something, I know you feel it too..... It just takes time to unleash the beast within......

Quinn is shaking........

He enters then is suddenly grabbed by Joker, who throws him to the side, as he takes the keys. Joker demands Quinn come to his side.

Joker: Ok my Love! We three are going to take a little walk! So Mr.Todd if you will be so kind as to lead the way!!!

Ted: You killed them.....

Joker: Well...Yeah...But I think ill save the best for last...... Now unless you want to join them, then lets begin to walk.

Todd exits first, Joker with Quinn to his back, Joker is nudging him in the back with the loaded weapon. They take their walk down the hall. Ted sweating in panic. Joker holding Quinn tight from behind. As they reach the main door Joker demands Ted Open it, he does and the three of them proceed into the lobby. People are shown walking into the hospital. Joker demands they stop. The three of them continue they're walk outside to the open lot. Joker spots the obvious unmarked police car. They walk over to it, and Joker begins to attempt unlocking the back door of the vehicle, while holding the pistol in Teds back, as the doors unlock Joker demands Quinn get in the back, and Ted ride in the front with him. She takes her seat, Joker shuts the door then walks Ted around, Ted get's in, then Joker walks round opening his door. When taking his seat, Quinn is separated from the two by the police window. Joker start's the car then, they drive off. The camera follows the car, when it arrives at the gate Joker presses the intercom, and has Ted demand the gate be opened. The gate opens and they drive off. People are shown at the Center, some leaving with they're pink slips, some working. Tetch is shown walking up one of the halls with a smirk, as he walks he see's Lance up in front of him, and they begin to talk.

Lance: So do you have your paper?

Tetch: Of coarse, what a preposterous question!

Tetch hands him the paper.

Lance:Great! Follow me...... I want to show you to the dock....

Tetch and Mcdoogle are shown walking off together..... Truck are scene pulling off from the outside, as scenes change. Men are loading and un loading different supplies. Lance voice is heard talking while these events ac cure.

Lance:This is Dock, That's B, the next is B, ect, I think you get the point... Im going to start you on C. Do you see those fork lifts?

Tetch:Yeah....

Lance: They will be loading your truck, as soon as they finish. You will tag everything, then meet your dispatcher, he will give you, your route. Each truck is internalized with it's on GPS routing system. So you shouldn't have a problem reaching your destination. Any questions?

They Both are stopped in front of the dock door. Lance reaches for the door.

Lance:Normally you will do these(loosens the latch, and raises the door) Make sure everything is ready, your truck is half way finished (He takes the lock off of the truck door, and raises it) Everyone should be arriving timely back from lunch. Terry will be your forklift opporater. So see that desk over there(He points, Tetch shakes his head) Ok your tags are in there. As soon as the first load is brought. Tag it, then the next, so we have a bin number. Everything has been pres-canned, when your done, make sure the truck door is locked. Contact your dispatcher. I think it's going to be Steve, tell him you are leaving. Then just be on time and be safe.

He opens it and to his surprise, he sees Gordon gagged, the other man enters, they look around, and see the dead Bodies. The first man runs over to untie Gordon. The other heads for the intercom. Batman is shown sitting in his cell. Ramirez walk's by, talking to him.

Ramirez: There's a lot of screwy stuff going on.... I Haven't heard from anyone! What do you know?

Batman: I know people are dying, and you better let me go!

Ramirez:Is that a threat, sicko?

Batman:No it's a realistic statement!

Batman stands as Ramirez get's closer. Then they are interrupted by Soto.

Soto:Hey just got a call from the Mental Hospital, they found Gordon!

Ramirez: Ok.... That's where he said he would be.....

Soto: Yeah I know, but not bloodied..... That's not all, Bill is dead, and a new guy......

Ramirez: Oh Lord don't tell me!

Soto:Joker is out.... He has Quinn, and Todd..... He is another employee there.......

Batman: Are you sure your not ready for my help yet? Innocent until proven guilty, you know.....

Ramirez is shown making his exit, through the nearest door. Soto has his back to the holding cell, Batman reaches through the cell bars, pulling Soto toward him, and grabbing his gun. It happened so quick, Soto is left helpless. Batman, jab's the gun in his backside demanding the key's. Soto reaches into his pocket, and then is instructed by Batman to unlock the cell door. He proceeds to unlatch the door, he opens it, then is grabbed by Batman. Who puts him in a headlock , in which he uses to make Soto pass out. A car then is shown driving down a dark road, then suddenly pull's over to the side. It's the stolen unmarked police vehicle from the Mental Hospital. Joker is shown with his gun in hand, and he look's Todds way and begins to talk.

Joker:Ok, we are going to play a little game... called duck duck goose!

Todd:What?

Joker: Yeah so heres what I want you to do.....First, open your door, like..... RIGHT NOW!

Todd opens it.

Joker:Very good! Now im going to get out!(Joker get's out, Quinn watches, Joker looks down inside the car, fires a shot in the air) Duck! (Points the gun inside at the sitting Todd) Duck!( Todd get's out takes off running into the Nigma, Joker shoots him in the back!)GOOSE!!!!!!!( Quinn screams!) Oh such a fun little game, you know I thought of more while in the hospital..... Oh don't look so frightened dear!( Joker opens up the back door, climbs inside, Quinn tries to escape out the other door. He grabs her, shakes her, she stops fighting.) VERY good! Now told you we just needed some alone time! Well he have it!(He looks into her eyes, as if about to kis her.) don't fight it..Trust me.... Will only make things worse!

Gordon is shown being attended to at a hospital, he is holding a ice bag over his bandaged head. Ramirez walk's in.

Ramirez: Wow!

Gordon:It was awful! He killed two men right in front of me, like it was mere target practice, I thought he was going to get me. But he didn't, said he would save the best for last.

Ramirez: Well Batman is out..... We found Soto locked in his cell. It was crazy.... I was in a hurry to come here, I left Soto standing in the same room with Batman. He must had grabbed him. Soto was standing to close. I honestly didn't think about it in all the turmoil.

Gordon:Well that may not be a bad thing... With the phone call I received while he was in custody, along with witnessing two murders. He looks as innocent as ever.

Ramirez:Yeah....

Gordon gives the Doctor a ice bag.

Gordon:Let's go Ramirez..... I want to fi...

Ramirez: Im on it Sir.... I have men looking for her, as we speak. By the way there were traces of tire marks at the electronics store. Just like Batman said. Sir I know you don't want to hear this... But im taking you home..... We cant do anything more until tomorrow, and besides, with rest. You'll be able to cope better.

Ramirez helps Gordon to his feet. Tetch Is Shown tagging the last palate. He then walks out of the truck trailer. Shut's the door. Then walk's over to his clip Board...... The Camera follows him out the door. He open the Truck door, get's inside, shuts the door, and starts the engine. He then grabs his Cb, and communicates with his dispatcher. At this time a car is shown pulling up behind a old Bookstore. The Car stops, Joker get's out, walks around the car, and helps Quinn out, who is red faced and teary eyed, but smirking some what. With traces of his make up on her face. They Both walk up to the back door. Joker knocks three times. A man comes to the door, answers and let's them in, they follow him and enter the main room, where a bunch of men are all sitting. The man with the suit from the Office supply store greets them.

Riddler: Where is Sam?

Joker: He got detained, unfortunate!

Riddler:How did you find us?

Joker:That's easy I got the address on a peice of paper, which I found on Sams, dead Body.

Joker Takes out his gun, and pulls back the hammer.

This time Tetch is shown leaving his delivery, then officers are shown working late, at the office, talking. One of them is Soto.

Riddler:See, yes some blood shed will have to be. But look at this mans desk, looks as if there may not be as many unnecessary blood shed as we thought. What's so funny?

Riddler: I'll Get James, and Carbon.(Joker ties the Officers hands with rope from his pocket.)

The camera shows a desk covered in food. Gordon is sitting down on the side of his bed, reading and pondering the thought the voice uttered. is sitting beside him, they are Both looking down, when startled by a knock on their bedroom door. They look up and Batman is standing right in front of them. Gordon is surprised. Batman speaks....

Batman:So do you still refuse to believe, this isn't me?

Gordon:No we found the tire tracks.... However, I just received a interesting phone call, what do you make of this?

 

Gordon hands Batman the note. Batman then begins to read, and comprehend the statement.

Batman:Magical?? Mischief by the midnight. Is it wrong to be behind???

While reading several men are shown carrying out artifacts from the museum, and carefully placing them into the back of a trailer.....Riddler is walking around the museum, pin pointing places of entry. While carrying a bag he pull's out several notes. Leaving them beside empty holes where artifacts remain. Batman is then shown Talking to the Jim and Barbara.

Batman:Well, Obviously this means.... Something is going to happen.... But he said behind....

Gordon:Yeah I know...... So much for sleep....

Batman:So far we have the Jewelry store, and the only other Big new's is Joker escaping, and I've noticed Nigma appears to be buying up enterprise very fast.... I want a closer look at Mr.Nigma. I think I may pay a visit to his factory.

Gordon:Why are you so infatuated with Mr.Nigma, all of a sudden?

 

Batman hands him a envelope. Gordon, and pulls out some pictures.

Gordon: These were took yesterday. So whats the big deal?

Batman: Well it's excess cargo....I check some of the inventory records. These shipments never made it into the computer, at the air port. But what is puzzling, is Mr.Nigma's state of education, I'm curious as to how he went from everyday zero, to a first class hero. Doesn't make sense.

Batman: Yeah no Record what so ever..... I went to check the records. The only thing I found were these images....

Grabs his head and falls back a little. Then his phone rings.....

Ramirez:Yes and a ambulance is on it's way. Im just trying to get a head count of how many Boys, we have on the field. So I can get medical attention to them.

Scenes then shift to, Tetch getting out of the work tuck back at Gothams factory. Lance is waiting for him, as Tetch walk's up to the loading dock.

Tetch: No, no complaints.

Lance:Well come inside, let's get your hours logged in, and you can call it a day.....Then go get some rest, I mean you know.... It's almost eight O clock....

Tetch: Yeah....I forget time, it's such a waste....

Lance:Ha! I agree.....But that is changing, here, come in side....

Lance stops as they walk through the door, when interrupted by the dock manager.

Man: Hey, one of the shipment's didn't go to the air port.....

Lance:Ok....

Man: It's one of the big ones....

Lance:Ah.....Tetch, would you be so kind to assist me on this????

Lance Great.....has the trailer been loaded?

Man:Yes, it's all ready, just needs to be took.....

Lance is seen walking over to one of the desk grabbing the paper work. The Man walk's off. Then he and Tetch are shown walking out of the door together. Batman is shown Sitting on top of a hanger. Scenes flash again and we see Gordon Driving in his police car, Scenes change again in this series of events, and a Explosion goes off! It's the Museum! Gordons phone rings.....

Gordon:Hello?

Voice: Light's are in the skies, and essence its what spins wheel, how far will skies fall, if decided on a kneel?

(The voice hang's up, and we hear the dial tone, Gordon yells “EXCUSE ME?” Into the phone, A fire truck then drives in front of his car, he veers off the road and onto the sidewalk hitting a hydrant. Water spews! Gordon Get's out staring at his phone. Joker is shown sitting in a room, at the Bookstore store across from Quinn, who appears dist route.

Joker:You have the loveliest eyes.

Quinn: Your sick.....

Joker:Yeah.....Are you hungry? How about some food?

Quinn: No I feel sick.....

Joker pull's out his gun pull's back the Hammer and shoot's the wall....Then point's it at her.

Joker: You don't......(Joker get's closer to her putting his hand on her shoulder.) Maybe you need some convincing. I guess our little meeting in that car wasn't enough. Just waiting for the call, and the right time. You know there is a right time for things. It's all about time. (He bends closer to her ear.) Like now..... Thisssssssss..... could b...(His phone buzzes. He glances at the text.) AHHHHH!(Frustrated) And we were just getting started! (He reads, Move.)You know.... When we have more time... I'll show you why I wear the make up. You know before we cut this short, you look awfully pale. I think you need a make over, maybe a little make up.Here drink this!

Scenes change to the men finishing their loading of good's onto one of the planes, a Gothams food truck is shown pulling into the Air Port gate. Batman is perched on the terminals roof top, with goggles watching everything..... He notices Tetch and Lance exiting their work truck, Tetch is shown walk exiting the truck, and opening the trailer door. Batman then look's back at the men walking into the hanger. Scenes then change to Gordon arriving at the Police station. He's shown getting out of a taxi and meeting with Ramirez at the steps.

Gordon:Wow!

(Walking inside the Gordon notices two officers sitting down, he walk's by, as they hold coffee cups and stair strangely into space.)

Ramirez: Yeah look at the news.

(They turn their attention to the TV.)

Reporter:Nigma Enterprise has announced it has closed out it's final, deal.

Gordon:Are you kidding me?

Ramirez: That's only the tip of the Ice Berg, I had to get men to the Museum, there was another explosion, found more Batman memorabilia,

The Two men are shown inside the Hanger, they turn around, and are met by Batman. Then a brawl begins, Between the men. Batman is shown winning the fight. As Batman gains the upper hand he turns noticing the Air plan leaving.....He turns to one of the men on the ground....

Batman:Where is your shipment order????

The man spit's in his face, Batman punches him in the stomach.

Batman: I'll make you talk!

Tetch and Just are shown closing the trailer door, they walk around and enter the truck. They begin to leave, Batman look's up and see the truck pulling out.... He then grab's the man on the ground. Scenes change, Gordon is shown talking to Ramirez......

Ramirez: This isn't good.....

Gordon: I know, im going out back for a smoke.....

Gordon begins to walk, and his phone rings...... It's Batman.

Batman: I have one of his men, I acquired shipping information. Apparently......These shipment's have been going in and out, from the USA to Europe, and Asia!

Gordon: What???

Batman: Yeah it's weird! But here's what's really interesting...... It's big cargo! I tried looking on one of the planes.... But I was too late, to check anything.....However..... there another scheduled..... I've got the two men apprehended. They are tied together inside hanger 7.

Gordon:Got it....

Batman: Yeah the next shipment is set to go out mid afternoon..... I found the crate's took a look inside. I suggest you come down here, and get on this. Send men..... We can get these guys!

Gordon shakes his head....

Gordon: Hanger 7 ok, there's something else apparent someone has got into our food supply.... It's bad....

Batman:What?

Gordon:Yeah im' limited on men.... actually....... So I don't know if I can help you....

The phone is hung up, Batman is left speechless.......Listening to the dead phone.... He muffles some words to himself....

Batman climbs to his feet. The scenes shift back to the Police department. Joker is walking back inside with Gordon and hostages... Some of the men are startled, that have not been positioned, and reach for they're guns. Joker stop's them.

Joker: I wouldn't do that!

Ramirez: Why????

Joker:Because your already outnumbered!

 

Some men then enter one by one with gun's pointing them at the officers. Quinn enters make up smeared, runny. She has a gun and points it directly, at Ramirez.

Ramirez: What Hell, Quinn?

Quinn: If you cant beat em join them!

She pulls back the trigger and shoot's Ramirez in the arm. He Fall's Gordon hollers out "NO!"

Riddler: It didn't have to be like this you know??? Anyway..... Officers. gun's please. I want them in a pile in the middle of the floor. Disobey and join your friends!

Batman is shown hoping a fence, and ducking past security as he enters Gothams Food Factory. He avoids security and peaks inside the window's watching the inside progress. What he see's is men at work. He duck's down as one of the doors open. Two men walk outside. As they walk away Batman grabs the swinging door. Then walk's inside out of site from the workers. As he works his way through the factory he notices several people leaving the nurse office. He waits for the men to be totally out of site. He looks around the door facing and sees the nurse with her back turned all alone. He walk's inside, closing the door behind him. She turn's around and is met by Batman. She moves faster as if shes going for a button. But he restrains her, and forces her into a chair. He then begins to talk to her.

Batman: Whats in the needles?

Nurse:It's for safety precautions, I don't know, I'm just pad to inject!

Batman: Who's paying you?

Nurse:Why the Owner of Nigma of coarse....That's all I know!

Batman picks up one of the needles as she stand up to run, he then injects her with it. She stumbles back falling into the chair. Batman begins to speak to the nurse who clutching her arm in pain.

Nurse: You ASSHOLE! That hurt..... They are going to find out you were here...cause....cause...

 

Batman notices her becoming faint. She slues her words.

Batman:Look's like there's more in this little needle than just to fit medical precautions. How do you feel?

Nurse:Hungry.....

Batman:Hungry?

Nurse: Yes...Very! Im' going to go find something to eat...

Batman:But you were just in pain.....

Nurse:I was.... By the way, what's with the outfit? New Scrubs?

Batman look's stunned he turns and faster run's out of the room! He ducks behind some Boxes and see Tetch and Lance walking into Lances office. Joker, Riddler and Quinn are shown with men escorting Gordon, and other officer's into the holding cell, at the police department. One by one they enter......

Joker:What a scenic view!

Ramirez:So your just going to leave Gordon bleeding to death Harley....

Quinn: Who?

Ramirez Where is the Mayor....Or did you murder him too?

Riddler:Where to Why To You To Is To Now.....?? It's a Surprise Chiefy! Let me put it like this, he's running deeply.

Gordon shakes his head. Batman is spying on Lance, and Tetch. Tetch is shown leaving Lance headed for his work station. Lance goes back into his office. Batman then get's up and proceeds quietly after Tetch. Tetch is shown mending his work area. Batman ducks behind some shelves. What he sees is a processing machine. Tetch seems to be packaging food and placing it onto the rack to his right. Batman hears a noise, and it's his phone. He then answers the incoming call, it's Alfred. Tetch look's up, and around. Batman answers.

Batman:Hello?

Alfred: Hey man.... You have to get out of there.....We have a problem....

Batman:Yeah it's coming from here.....

Alfred:Maybe...But this is bigger....... It' seems every cop has been attained there are some on the street.... But not only is the Mayor missing... But this isn't Good!

Batman:What? Cop's apprehended??? What are you talking about???

Alfred:Exactly! You need to get here fast!

 

As Batman is talking he turns and is met by a pip to the side of his head it's Tetch! Batman fall's back, Tetch hit s him again then takes off running through the food factory.

Batman:STOP KID! STOP! You have no idea what you are doing!

Tetch:(Yelling, looking back) GET AWAY FROM ME!

A chase ensues.......Tetch makes it inside Lance's office, he ducks behind the desk. Opens one of the droors, and finds a little 38 pistol. He reaches for it and checks the chamber. It appears to be loaded. He hears the door creek open, look's at the feet. He thinks it's Batman, then notices the shoes are different, he put the gun in his pocket then rises to his feet. It's Lance.

Lance:Hey what the hell are you doing man?

Tetch:We have a visitor.....It's the Batman.

Lance:I see....

Tetch:Yeah he chased me, I ducked in here and thought you were him.

Lance:Alright, I'll alert security.

Lance pick's up the phone and makes a call... Tetch begins to step out... Lance covers the mouth piece on the phone.

Lance:Tetch don't leave without me!

Tetch:Im ok....It's ok I swear.....Time for me to get off anyway!

Lance, call's security, he talk's a few minutes then hangs up. He walk's towards Tetch and they make their way down the aisle. They head towards, the exit. Then they walk out into the night. Tetch see's something in the ally way moving in the shadow's he runs towards it. As he get's closer Lance is yelling at him, chasing behind. Tetch stop's look's around nothing is there, Lance walk's up standing by his side. Looking around Lance turn's, and Batman meet's his face with a fist. Lance trys to fight, and Batman knock's him out cold. Tetch takes off running down the ally way. He sees a ladder hanging down, and climb's it, Batman is chasing. Tetch begins running up stairs, Batman in hot per suit, yelling at the kid, stop. Tetch makes it to the roof top and runs across the catwalk to the other building. Batman still chasing. Tetch comes to a door that will not open, which leads back in side. Batman walk's up from behind. Tetch put's his hand in his pocket.

Batman:Why are you doing this? Everyone know's they tried to set you up...You have no reason to be running....

Tetch:Wee.... Wee...

Batman:Excuse me?

Tetch: Je ne sais pas???

Tetch pull's out the thirty eight.

Batman:No! NO! KID don't!

He stops climbs to the very top of the building in front of the Gothams factory sign. He then jumps off, his Body is shown ripping through the air, falling onto one of the deliver trucks parked in front. He slides off the truck limping and running, he manages to make it through the gate, as security run's out shooting, Batman walk's towards the street, he sees his Bat Pod, hidden in trees. He hurries, being chased, jumps in and as he drives off, gun shot's are being fired at the car. Some vehicles are shown leaving the Factory, and a chase begins Batman being wounded heavily, is bleeding from the side, and the shoulder has a bullet stuck inside from the scuffle at the Prison. He turns on the car,with the lights turned off, he manages to escape unseen. But one car spot's him. Firing shots at the Bat Pod. Men look around at the factory see something, in the distance. Shot's still being fired. The car get's closer as Batman turns into some run down apartments ally way. Then back out onto the main road, where they head over a bridge. The car gains closer and closer, hitting Batman. Batman run's the Pod into the cars side forcing it of the side. The Bat Pod crashes through the brick wall, over rocks, and lands into the icy water below. He drives towards the mountain's, right beside a beautiful coastline. The Bat pod is shown riding into the night. Meanwhile Riddler is shown arriving at the food factory, he's walking up the Aisle, he stops at Lances office and opens the door. Lance looks up a little bloodied and bruised.

Lance:Riddler?

Riddler: The one and only....Ew... nasty! Took a beating.

Lance:Just a little bit, is this covered under workman's cop?

Riddler:Not hardly!

Lance:You should be proud of your Boy over there.... Got a shot on the Batman....

Riddler:Should I?

Lance:No really took my thirty eight got him really good.

Riddler:Is that so Boy! How divine!

Tetch:Yeah....Really....

Riddler:Really????

Tetch:It really felt good!

Riddler smirks, then turns and looks at Lance, Joker is shown at the police department, sitting beside Quinn, with his foot propped up on the bleeding Ramirez. Ramirez coughing through his injuries, manages to talk.

Ramirez:Quinn.....you shot me what's wrong with you...Quinn... Do you hear me?

Quinn: Who's he talking about?

Joker: Just a dumb ass look for attention! Go sweety introduce yourself!

Ramirez:What?

Quinn: Ok J! Introduce myself! Imma Harley!

Ramirez:What the Hell?

Alfred:Bruce! Are you ok? I saw the news.....Haven't heard from you.... What happened???

Batman:I'm almost dead.....Ive been shot in the shoulder and side, Im losing blood right now! Think im about to wreck!

Alfred: Where are you?

Batman: I'm (shaking head) I'm close......

The car is shown drifting back and forth on the road. The Car then slowly drifts off into some trees, a view of the car is shown driving off the cliff and slamming into a rock! The car is engulfed in flames, Alfred is shown yelling into the phone receiver!

Alfred: Bruce! Bruce! BRUCEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!

Alfred, hangs up then runs into the computer room..... Looking at the radar tracker, he sees a blinking light. It blinks a couple of times. Then fades away. He puts his thumb on the location, then start's to figure out how far from Wayne Manor is from the actual pin point target is located.

Writing down the location, he looks at his TV. A reporter is shown, looking quite un comfortable, while talking she looks to her side, and is being held by gun point.

(Gotham police are shown inside of their cell, Gordon walk's forward putting his hands on the cell bars watching the Tv.) It's rather Unfortunate I am sad to report the chase did not end good, and he's dead. (Gordon is shown falling to his knees, and officers crying tears of sadness. Alfred is looking at the tracking device, talk's to himself.)

Alfred: How did he?

Nigma: Rest assured Gotham, we are on this. I am sad to inform Gotham city that the same men you called police may have also been working with the vigilante, friends I urge a great deal of gratitude and favor to this man. (Holds up a picture of Riddler.) He is known as Riddler. He has stood up, and brought down this once celebrated hero. (Gordon looks in shock.)

Gordon:He's framing us.

Nigma: Riddler has sent me a message as read, “Call a call, call my name, the man who hunt's finds no gain. Quote. I'm a savior, protector Gothams help, through the bitter flames, I will gain your respect, who am I to you? “ Followed by a big question mark. (Riddler holds up the card so everybody watching can see it. Alfred is shown getting in a car and pulling out of Wayne manor.) In this time I would like to also extend my hand to my fellow counter part, and competitor, Mr.Bruce Wayne. Mr.Wayne if you are watching, we need to talk, we both must stand, to make sure this chaos stops. Please also everybody I urge you to stay in, I personally want you to know, Joker has been granted permission to leave Arkham. He is working with us, since he has been declared innocent. In belief his once believed crimes were just, in stopping these mad men. Lieutenant Jim Gordon, Mayor Garcia, Officer Ramirez, and others have been apprehended and brought into questioning, please I'm working close to governor representatives to bring in their officers, agents. As we restore leadership, right now I have been ordained to act as the currant Mayor. So please with lots of love, I bid you all farewell and goodnight.

(Joker is sitting in a chair watching Harley at his side, we then see a fire crew at the scene of where the Bat Pod went over the edge. A camera focuses inside to Alfreds back he looks at his GPS, then is stunned by the flames. Alfred parks the car, Shuts the door tries to run looking over the edge and is stopped by officers.)

He hurries, being chased, jumps in and as he drives off, gun shot's are being fired at the car. Some vehicles are shown leaving the Factory, and a chase begin's Batman being wounded heavily, is bleeding from the side, and the shoulder has a bullet stuck inside from the skuffle at the Prison. He turns on the car,with the lights turned off, he manages to escape unseen. But one car spot's him. The passenger shoots a the window at the sleek, granite colored skyline shot's rickshey off the car. Men look around at the factory see something, in the distance. Shot's still being fired.The car get's closer as Batman turns into some run down apartments ally way. Then back out onto the main road, where they head over a bridge. The car gains closer and closer, hitting Batman. Batman run's the car into the cars side forcing it of the side. The car crashes through the brick wall, landing into the icy water below. He drives towards the mountian's, right beside a beautiful coastline. Batman's car is shown riding into the night. Meanwhile Riddler is shown arriving at the food factory, he's walking up the Aisle, he stops at lances office and opens the door. lance looks up a little bloodied and bruised.

lance:Riddler?

Batman is shown hoping a fence, and ducking past security as he enters Gothams Food Factory. He avoids security and peaks inside the window's watching the inside progress. What he see's is men at work. He duck's down as one of the doors open. Two men walk outside. As they walk away Batman grabs the swinging door. Then walk's inside out of site from the workers. Gordon:Yeah im' limited on men.... actually....... So I dont know if I can help you....

Gordon is shown talking out back.... Joker walk's up behind him pokes a gun into his back, and Joker

whispers in Gordons ear....

Joker: Well.... I just cant get enough of you! Tell your Boyfriend you have to go!

Gordon: I have to go....

Batman: ok????

The phone is hung up, Batman is left speechless.......Listening to the dead phone.... He muffles some words to himself....

Batman:Gotham food...Gotham food!

Batman climbs to his feet. The scenes shift back to the Police department. Joker is walking back inside with Gordon and hostages... Some of the men are startled, that have not been poisined, and reach for they're guns. Joker stop's them.

Joker: I wouldn't do that!

Ramirez: Why????

Joker:Because your already outnumbered!

 

Some men then enter one by one with gun's pointing them at the officers. Quinn enter's make up smeared, runny. She has a gun and points it directly, at Ramirez.

Ramirez: What Hell, Quinn?

Quinn: If you cant beat em join them!

She pulls back the trigger and shoot's Ramirez in the arm. He Fall's Gordon hollars out "NO!"

Riddler: It didnt have to be like this you know??? Anyway..... Officers. gun's please. I want them in a pile in the middle of the floor. Disobey and join your friends!

Gordon:Wow!

(Walking inside the Gordon notices two officers sitting down, he walk's by, as they hold coffee cups and stair strangely into space.)

Ramirez: Yeah look at the news.

(They turn their attention to the TV.)

Reporter:Nigma Enterprise has announced it has closed out it's final, deal.

Gordon:Are you kidding me?

Ramirez: That's only the tip of the Ice Berg, I had to get men to the Museum, there was another explosion, found more Batman memorabilia,

 

Nigma: Gotham has been a struggle for me, I remember starting on the streets, and working my way up to this. It's a honor to stand before you today, and announce my purchasing of another Nigma enterprise, I' am very pleased. This day has been a long time coming, and I hope it's the beginning of more to come!

Press:Mr.Nigma...Edward!!!Comment.

Press member: What are your thought's on the latest crimes?

Nigma: It's very shocking, I find it appalling and I am quite shocked! To find out that The Batman has been raging these horrendous cries on our city. I'm tightening down on security, to make sure our food, and grooming product aren't harmed. Our security will be on HIGH alert, the Vigilante known as Batman, will be ordered to be shot dead on sight! That's all please excuse me, and thank you for your time.

(Chatters are heard by the press tying to get more comment.)

Gordon: I don't like this....

Ramirez:Nigma?

Gordon: I don't trust him.

Reporter:In other news. Strange event's are ac curing all over the city, the patient rate has went up and Police are bamboozled as to what is causing all these strange event's. They are advising the city be on lock down and nobody go outside! I repeat NOBODY LEAVE YOUR HOUSE!

He's looking around.....Back At the Police men, by the door and others who are being attended to medically. Who are being attended to Medically.

Ramirez: Yes....No tests have came back.... I dont know what to think....

 

Gordon is shown looking around......He notices the empty food containers by one of the officers being examined.....Ramirez begins to talk.....

Ramirez: I'm going to get some Coffee.....Would you like any?

(Gordon look's back at the officers holding the coffee cups, Ramirez has pored her cup and about to take a drink.)

Gordon:No dont! I want all of the men out on the field dispatched! Tell them not to eat or drink a thing!

Ramirez: Ok.....

Gordon:Same for you!(Gordon yelling at everyone) NO ONE EAT OR DRINK ANYTHING! THATS A ORDER! If you dis obey.......You can call it a day!

The Two men are shown inside the Hanger, they turn around, and are met by Batman. Then a brawl begins, Between the men. Batman is shown winning the fight. As Batman gains the upper hand he turns noticing the Air plan leaving.....He turns to one of the men on the ground....

Batman:Where is your shipment order????

The man spit's in his face, Batman punches him in the stomach.

Batman: I'll make you talk!

Tetch and Just are shown closing the trailer door, they walk around and enter the truck. They begin to leave, Batman look's up and see the truck pulling out.... He then grab's the man on the ground. Scenes change, Gordon is shown talking to Ramirez......

Ramirez: This isn't good.....

Gordon: I know, im going out back for a smoke.....

Gordon begins to walk, and his phone rings...... It's Batman.

Batman: I have one of his men, I acquired shipping information. Apparently......These shipment's have been going in and out, from the USA to Europe, and Asia!

Gordon: What???

Batman: Yeah it's weird! But heres what's really interesting...... It's big cargo! I tried looking on one of the planes.... But I was too late, to check anything.....However..... there another scheduled..... Ive got the two men apprehended. They are tied together inside hanger 7.

Gordon:Got it....

Batman: Yeah the next shipment is set to go out mid afternoon..... I found the crate's took a look inside. I suggest you come down here, and get on this. Send men..... We can get these guys!

Gordon shakes his head....

Gordon: Hanger 7 ok, there's something else apparantley someone has got into our food supply.... It's bad....

Batman:What?

(The voice hang's up, and we hear the dial tone, Gordon yells “EXCUSE ME?” Into the phone, A fire truck then drives in front of his car, he veers off the road and onto the sidewalk hitting a hydrant. Water spews! Gordon Get's out staring at his phone.Joker is shown sitting in a room, at the Bookstore store across from Quinn, who appears dist route.

Joker:You have the loveliest eyes.

Quinn: Your sick.....

Joker:Yeah.....Are you hungry? How about some food?

Quinn: No I feel sick.....

Joker pull's out his gun pull's back the Hammer and shoot's the wall....Then point's it at her.

Joker: How about some food?

Quinn: I dont think you'll do it....

Joker: You don't......(Joker get's closer to her putting his hand on her shoulder.) Maybe you need some convincing. I guess our little meeting in that car wasn't enough. Just waiting for the call, and the right time. You know there is a right time for things. It's all about time. (He bends closer to her ear.) Like now..... Thisssssssss..... could b...(His phone buzzes. He glances at the text.) AHHHHH!(Frustrated) And we were just getting started! (He reads, Move.)You know.... When we have more time... I'll show you why I wear the make up. You know before we cut this short, you look awfully pale. I think you need a make over, maybe a little make up.Here drink this!

Scenes change to the men finishing their loading of good's onto one of the planes, a Wood's food truck is shown pulling into the Air Port gate. Batman is perched on the terminals roof top, with goggles watching everything..... He notices Tetch and lance exiting their work truck, Tetch is shown walk exiting the truck, and opening the trailer door. Batman then look's back at the men walking into the hanger. Scenes then change to Gordon arriving at the Police station. He's shown getting out of a taxi and meeting with Ramirez at the steps.

Scenes then shift to, Tetch getting out of the work tuck back at Gothams factory. lance is waiting for him, as Tetch walk's up to the loading dock.

Lance: Not a bad route......

Tetch: No, no complaints.

lance:Well come inside, let's get your hours logged in, and you can call it a day.....Then go get some rest, I mean you know.... It's almost eight O clock....

Tetch: Yeah....I forget time, it's such a waste....

lance:Ha! I agree.....But that is changing, here, come in side....

lance stops as they walk through the door, when inturaupted by the dock manager.

lance:Yeah?

Man: Hey, one of the shippment's didnt go to the air port.....

lance:Ok....

Man: It's one of the big ones....

lance:Ah.....Tetch, would you be so kind to assist me on this????

Tetch:Why not?

lance Great.....has the trailer been loaded?

Man:Yes, it's all ready, just needs to be took.....

lance:Ok(Sigh) Common Tetch......

 

lance is seen walking over to one of the desk grabbing the paper work. The Man walk's off. Then he and Tetch are shown walking out of the door together. Batman is shown Sitting on top of a hanger. Scenes flash again and we see Gordon Driving in his police car, Scenes change again in this series of events, and a Explosion goes off! It's the Museum! Gordons phone rings.....

Gordon:Hello?

Voice: Light's are in the skies, and essence its what spins wheel, how far will skies fall, if decided on a kneel?
